Biden: “The pandemic we have now is a pandemic of the unvaccinated”

After months of encouraging employees to get the Covid-19 vaccine, companies like Google, Facebook and Netflix are starting to take a harder line and roll out mandates. President Joe Biden said “we still have a lot of people not vaccinated” and “the pandemic we have now is a pandemic of the unvaccinated.” CNN Chief Medical Correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta tells Anderson Cooper the reason cases are going up is because unvaccinated people are spreading the virus to other unvaccinated people. Plus, Simone Biles dropped out of the women’s gymnastics individual all-around competition to focus on her well-being. Apolo Ohno won eight Olympic medals in short track speed skating.
