It’s been 2 months and one day since the asphyxiated body of 18-year-old Anna Kepner was found under the bed of her cabin aboard a Carnival cruise ship during a family vacation. While Kepner’s death has been classified as a homicide, no arrests have been made and no official suspect has been named, by the FBI. However, court documents in a separate custody case clearly state that Anna’s 16-year-old step brother is a suspect in her death. Amy and T.J. go over the most recent text messages between the step brother’s parents that were shown in court, that offer quite a bit of insight into where this case stands and what has happened to Anna’s stepbrother since Anna’s death.

2026 is Starting Off Rocky with A Breakup

A short while ago in a Wisconsin courtroom, 18-year-old Nikita Casap pled guilty to the double homicide of his mother and stepfather, but this story gets even more macabre. The teenager lived with his parents’ corpses for weeks before stealing their vehicle, cash, jewelry and passports along with the family dog, all while talking to someone who spoke Russian about a plot to kill Donald Trump and overthrow the government. His sentencing is scheduled for later this spring, and the Federal government is watching this case closely, ready to add even more charges to keep Casap behind bars for the rest of his life.

Woman Charged With Killing Both Ex Husbands On Same Day!

This is a developing story: Nick Reiner was supposed to enter a plea in court today. Instead, his famed attorney stepped down. But on his way out, he told reporters that Reiner is "not guilty" in the deaths of his parents, Rob and Michele Reiner. Amy and T.J. go over the details from inside the courtroom and where the case goes from here.

Courtroom Stunner: Nick Reiner's Attorney Quits

Amy and T.J. give the latest details in a developing story out of Minnesota. ICE agents shot and killed a 37 year old woman who appeared to be blocking the road with her vehicle. The shooting was captured on video as you hear ICE agents tell the woman to get the F out of her car, she peels away, as another agent comes around the front of the vehicle as it’s headed towards him and fires several times, killing the woman. City officials just held a press conference disputing DHS claims of self defense along with a message for ICE from Minneapolis’ mayor: “Get the fuck out of Minneapolis.”

It was the prosecution’s final day of testimony and they saved the best for last. The day began with Gem Mutlu, one of the Walshe’s dear friends and most notably, the man who spent New Year’s Eve with the couple in the hours leading up to Ana’s death. The prosecution struggled with Mutlu’s testimony, and it’s unclear whether it did more harm than good. The final witness for the state was one of Ana’s best friends who had some incredible details we have yet to hear about the Walshe’s marriage, but once again, she seems to have both helped and hurt the case against Walshe.
