Trump claims two strong fireman lifted him up and pulled him from a building because of fears that the United States Steel building might come crashing down. The problem, fact checkers maintain that Trump was actually at Trump Towers at the time of the attack, which is several miles away from the “creaky building” which he described as “not so far from us.” This is just the latest in a series of conflicting and erroneous comments the President has made over the years regarding his involvement and recollection of his role, but Trump has fired back at his critics in a lengthy Truth Social post, insisting it’s all “fake news.”
