The major television networks are standing with CNN, choosing not to replace its White House pool crew after the Trump administration barred the network’s access to the President along with MSNOW and Politico. The decision was announced by the Fox News Washington Bureau Chief who chairs the pool, which means there will be no cameras traveling with the President today to New York as he attends the United Nation’s General Assembly. Meantime CNN, MSNOW and Politico are suing the government, looking to reinstate their press credentials after Trump banned journalists from those networks.

On Sunday, actress Kate Beckinsale posted a black square, with the word “Bye” on her instagram feed and then put on her stories, a picture of a rainbow with the caption, “Congratulations, you win, I give up.” Beckinsale ultimately deleted both posts, but changed the link under her bio to a 2020 BBC article describing the suicide death of a British television host after online hate. Fans understandably are concerned, many asking for a wellness check after hearing nothing from her or her reps following the cryptic posts.

A shocking and sad development from overnight, the only son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber has died at a California rehab facility. We don’t have a manner of death, but 27-year-old Presely Gerber had been open in recent years about his mental health and addiction issues. Gerber shared his struggles on social media, with both his sister, Kaia and his mom cheering him on, publicly speaking about how proud they were of his courage. While we await details about what exactly happened to Presley, his family released a short statement asking for privacy.

A Detroit family has accused a local funeral home of posing another body dressed in their late mother’s dress and wig during a family viewing, after accidentally cremating her before loved ones could say goodbye. The children of 61-year-old Kimberly Moore say a worker at Hutchinson Funeral Home told them the toe tag got wet and fell off and that’s how her body got mixed up with somebody else’s body. Meantime the funeral home has released a statement saying they are heartbroken and deeply sorry for what happened. That’s a major oops.“
