24-year-old Alleigha Botner is back on the stand today after three, dramatic hours on Wednesday afternoon. Botner is testifying against her former lover, Caleb Flynn, who now stands accused of killing his wife of 15 years to be with her. Botner testified about their year and a half long affair that began while she was an intern at the church they both attended, and read aloud dozens of hateful texts about wanting to kill his now deceased wife, Ashley while her family listened from the courtroom.

A federal judge has granted journalists a temporary restraining order forcing the White House to restore press credentials to CNN, MSNOW and Politico. The order requires the White House to “immediately return, reinstate, and restore” the credentials, after the judge rejected the DOJ’s argument that the ban was motivated by “national security concerns.” As Trump continues his all out war against reporting he doesn’t like, we end this episode with a very important reminder of the importance of a free press by a former President.

41-year-old Ker’Sean Ramey is scheduled to die this evening by lethal injection for a 2005 triple homicide. Ramey was convicted and sentenced to death for the murders of his neighbor, 38-year-old Celso Lopez, 18-year-old Tiffani Peacock and her boyfriend, 24-year-old Sam Roberts. His cohort, LeJames Norman was executed just last week for the same crime, which began as an armed robbery, and ended with both men shooting their victims multiple times. Tiffani Peacock’s sister is speaking out, saying the execution aren’t anything to celebrate, and hopes instead, that people will remember her sister for how she died, but instead for how she lived.

Texas Set To Execute Second Man In A Week For Brutal Triple Murder

It was a shocking day of testimony in the murder trial against former American Idol contestant Caleb Flynn, accused of shooting his wife of 15 years in the head while she was sleeping so he could be with his mistress. Ashley Flynn’s mother, father, sister and brother-in-law described Caleb as a trusted and loved member of the family who they vacationed with and worked alongside for years. They each described feeling shock and disbelief after his arrest, Ashley’s sister even telling FBI agents they had the wrong guy, choosing to believe Caleb’s intruder theory. We also learned that Caleb’s alleged mistress was the main worship leader at their church, and is expected to testify later in the trial.

Peters claims he’s innocent of all charges, and has already started to smear his accuser on his social media accounts. A disturbing family feud has erupted following the death of Dolly Parton. Parton’s longtime manager has now filed for a temporary restraining order against the late singer's nephew, Bryan Seaver, the man she chose to announce her death to the world just a few weeks ago. Seaver was fired from his decades-long held position as head of security after Parton’s manager claims Seaver began "invoking his self-proclaimed military-contractor experience, access to weapons, and capacity for violence" to extort money from the estate. Seaver hasn’t denied the threats, but claims they’ve been taken out of context.

‘The Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives’ star Taylor Frankie Paul has announced on social media that she will not continue on the hit Hulu series because of bullying from her casemates. Paul accused some of the women of laughing at her children as she goes through two very public custody battles. The news comes as TMZ reports that Paul failed multiple recent court ordered drug tests as she tries to get more time with her children from two separate relationships. Mormon Wives has had two other star cast members drop out of the series, with two more saying they’re unsure whether they’ll continue on the show, which the network just renewed for two more seasons.

It was a hell of a day at the United Nations for President Trump and everyone listening. Trump began by telling CNN that they shouldn’t be covering him at the UN after banning the news organization’s access, and then told the world they shouldn’t be calling AI, “Artificial” Intelligence. Trump essentially issued a world-wide decree to change the name to “Super” Intelligence, or SI and said he opposed international regulation of the technology. The President also threatened to annihilate the Islamic Republic of Iran, calling them the bullies of the Middle East and questioned whether or not he would “drive them into hell.”

Dr. Paul Zeizel told jurors that Lindsay Clancy was suffering from postpartum psychosis and that she had no appreciation for the wrongfulness of her act. Also, the judge in the case ruled a TikToker could not be called as a witness in the case and then abruptly and mysteriously ended court early, saying there was an “unforeseen circumstance” that they “did not see coming.”
