There’s hope in Israel as more hostages are expected to be released as part of an extended truce between Hamas and Israel. But the horrors of October 7 are still being uncovered with Israeli police and a civil commission compiling evidence of rape and sexual assault against women by Hamas. Some say those harrowing stories have been ignored by international communities. This includes Ruth Halperin-Kaddari, Israeli legal scholar, who feels "completely betrayed" by women's rights organizations.
