He’s joined by three generations of the club's legacy: world champion George Groves, legendary trainer Mick Delaney, and Lucas Rohrig, who will be making his professional debut this weekend. Together, they discuss the gym's rich history, the challenge of relocating after the Grenfell Tower fire, and how some of the UK’s top boxing talent began their careers at the iconic club.

Buncey is joined by Darren Barker as fight week kicks off in Riyadh. They hear from Oleksandr Usyk as well as his manager Alex Krassyuk. Dave Allen, who fights on the undercard, is also on the pod and he talks about sparring both fighters.

Buncey is joined by Carl Frampton and Barry Jones to digest Tyson Fury's retirement. None of them are convinced that this is the end for the Gypsy King. They also hear from his manager and friend Spencer Brown, his promoter Frank Warren and his cousin and trainer Andy Lee. Oscar de la Hoya also makes an appearance on the pod, as does Eddie Hearn.

Barry Jones joins Buncey to run through the Feb 22nd card in Saudi. They ask whether there has ever been a better line up of fights. They also hear from many of the fighters including Joseph Parker, Hamzah Sheeraz, Callum Smith and Shakur Stevenson.

Buncey speaks to many of the fighters involved in the all-female card on March 7th at the Royal Albert Hall. Headlined by Natasha Jonas and Lauren Price, both tell us why they are convinced they’ll come out on top. We also hear from Raven Chapman, Kariss Artingstall, Savannah Marshall and promoter Ben Shalom.

Barry Jones joins Buncey backstage to look back on a busy night of boxing in Nottingham. They begin with Ellie Scotney, who defended her belts with a gruelling 10-rounder. Ellie is on the pod, as is Dalton Smith, who only needed just one round to defend his European title. And Matchroom CEO Frank Smith also speaks to Buncey.

Boxxer CEO Ben Shalom joins Buncey to look back on a busy night of boxing at Wembley. They hear from Adam Azim, who won the IBO super lightweight belt by stopping former world champion Sergey Lipinets in round nine. His trainer, Shane McGuigan, is also on the pod. Plus, we hear from Callum Simpson following his win, as well as cruiserweight prospect Lucas Roehrig and his trainer George Groves. And, ahead of his 49th and potentially last fight this weekend, Derek Chisora sits down with Buncey for a catch-up.

With confirmation that Anthony Joshua will fight Jarrell Miller in the States not far away, Eddie Hearn joins the podcast to talk about a frustrating period for the WBA, IBF and WBO champion since beating Alexander Povetkin last September. Mike and Steve discuss the difference in how Joshua has conducted his career in comparison with Great Britain's previous Olympic super heavyweight gold medallist Audley Harrison. Then, Josh Warrington calls in to talk about his upcoming fight with Kid Galahad, the change in his status since beating Carl Frampton, and his hopes for the rest of the year.

Marvelous Marvin Hagler and Tommy ‘The Hitman’ Hearns met in April 1985 for two and a half of the most explosive rounds in boxing history. 

Former world middleweight champion Andy Lee, who later trained in the famous Kronk gym with Hearns’ trainer Emmanuel Steward, watches along with Mike and Steve and remembers the legacy this fight left in Detroit.
