En indspilning af en alternativ teaterversion. Ikke alene er historien omskrevet til et teaterstykke, men det er ikke bare forkortet og omskrevet til replikker, handlingen og karaktererne er også givet en anden tone flere steder. Således er særligt delene hvor Watson og Holmes snakker sammen reelt blevet til en komedie og satire (og er ret sjov). Alt i alt synes jeg stykket langt overgår originalromanen. Ærligt synes jeg originalen er småkedelig, med enkelte gode ideer, men også lettere trivielt. Teaterstykket her derimod er både spændende, flot skrevet (og opført) og ret sjovt og indsigtsfuldt.
