Virkelige dårlige anbefalinger til salg, f.eks. at man kun skal tale om at booke et møde og under ingen omstændigheder nævne noget om produkt/service på sit “cold call”. Helt væk. Resten er klichéer.Vil du have seriøs salgsinspiration så læs “SPIN Selling” og “Way of the Wolf”.

Bogen er forældet. 20% af bogen er relevant i dag - resten er trivialiteter, mainstream personlig udvikling og referencer som er vanskelligt at tage seriøst. Er af rådene som gentages flere gange er, at man skal sige til sig selv 100 gange hver dag at man er en vinder / indtil man selv tror på det. Hmm.
