Vin Stone is just an ordinary accountant. He's self-employed and he usually visits his clients on foot. He likes to walk and he's good at it. He enjoys a good cup of coffee and he likes to go to his local minor league baseball team's games. He might be ordinary, but the people he knows aren't. He might like to lead an ordinary life, but life has other ideas. That's why he doesn't find it unusual to be approached by the groundsman at the end of a baseball game.
