في ليلة مصيرية تغير حياته إلى الأبد، ينقذ الشاب "باسل" خمس فتيات من مصير مظلم أثناء توجهه لمدينة الرياض. لكن قدره لا يمنحه فرصة للتنفس، ففي نفس الليلة يتعرض لحادث تصادم مروع يضع حياته على المحك. الأقدار تختبره مجدداً عندما يلتقي بمنقذين غريبين يبدوان في الظاهر كحلقة إنقاذ، لكنهما يحملان في طياتهما بذور مشاكل جديدة.
