Unlikely Servants of God

Have you ever wondered why God chose the specific people He did to accomplish the tasks that needed to be done? From Moses' era up to the time of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the Bible shows us numerous examples where God picked some of the most improbable individuals to act as His instruments in guiding the Israelites, to establish the foundation of His church, or to be part of our Lord's ancestry.

Throughout this message, we'll see that God often selected an unexpected person for the work that needed to be done. This is why it's crucial to remember what is written in Isaiah 55:8.

Isaiah 55:8. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.

That's the true answer to our question. The mind of God, who knows the end from the beginning, is simply beyond our understanding. God knows exactly who is best suited to fulfil the plans He has for His creation.
