Tied Up And Milked

I never thought I'd wind up bound by my own housemate while he pumps warm milk from my swollen chest in his secret dungeon, but that's exactly what happened. When I discover the hidden room beneath the house I'm left aghast, but soon my fear turns to curiosity.
