Codes: Ask people to spell their names backwards using military code. Example: My name is Michelle. Answer: Echo, Lima, Lima, Echo, Hotel, Charlie, India, Mike

Scavenger Hunt: Read a clue and ask players to physically find an item in the house or the yard and show it to the group on the virtual call. Example: My jacket is off, I don't want to floor it. If I look in the closet, I'll use this to store it! Answer: A hanger

True or False?: Ask people to say whether or not they think a common myth is real. Example: A cat always lands on its feet. Answer: TRUE Why? Cats have a built-in balancing system that allows them to orient themselves and land paws-down.

Brainteasers: Ask people a tricky question. Example: In my hand I have two coins that are newly minted. Together, they total 30 cents. One isn't a nickel. What are the coins? Answer: A quarter and a nickel. The one that isn't a nickel is the quarter.

Party games for kids and adults (instructions included): - FINISH THE VERSE! • One person sings and someone else has to take the song over when you hit the chorus line! - BUZZ!: • There are two versions of this game with the same name. One is a storytelling expedition and the other is a math game. - SNAPS!: • This is a magic trick - learn how to communicate without words. The Meaning of Sayings: Example: Sleep tight! Meaning (Answer): Good night! Usage: "Sweet dreams, sleep tight, and don't let the bedbugs bite!" Origin: In medieval times, instead of mattresses, there were ropes used as support, which had to be tightened regularly to the four bed posts.

Drawing: There is a drawing whiteboard application instruction on Zoom that allows you to make a picture real-time online as a group! The cover photo of this book is a picture of our hometown in Connecticut that my family drew. We'll fact check it, but I don't think we own a cab, that there are princesses or a ghost of Abraham Lincoln. We framed it.

Misunderstandings:

How do YOU say it? Question: Is it worth your "while" or worth your "wild"? Answer: "while" Explanation: Something that is important, useful, or satisfying enough to be worth the time and effort to pursue. Did You KNOW? Question: Why does the daylight savings change always occur at 2AM Eastern Standard Time? Answer: Daylight savings is the practice of advancing clocks to make better use of the longer daylight available during the summertime so that darkness falls at a later clock time. When daylight savings time was born in the United States, there were no trains leaving the station at 2AM on Sundays in New York City, so it was the best time to switch the clock.

The Rest of It: Games, Puzzles, Crafts & Songs: There are many other virtually interactive puzzles, trivia (A LOT OF IT), crosswords, word searches and crafts, and a lot of song and art ideas. Fun games that the kids play: example "What Would You Rather?". The list is endless and has been vetted by my family (we play my idea every week, I only included the hits and eliminated the duds). You can create interactions using hometown trivia, interests, personal jokes, nicknames and the like to get a lot of laughs from your audience.

Summary: Enclosed in this book is a fabulous funny adventure. Use the content for ideas, but more importantly, use it to spur your imagination as a guide for new games you create and play with your own friends and family!
