This book examines the centenary significance of the 1926 Baku Turkological Congress and its continuing impact on contemporary Turkology studies within the broader framework of international academic cooperation. The study focuses particularly on the institutional and intellectual relations between the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences ANAS and the Turkish Academy of Sciences TÜBA, highlighting their role in strengthening scholarly collaboration in the Turkic world.

The centenary commemorations of the 1926 Baku Turkological Congress have provided an important opportunity for reassessing the historical foundations of Turkic linguistic, cultural, and scientific thought. In this context, ANAS has implemented a series of academic initiatives, including special publications, research programs, and strategic action plans aimed at preserving and developing the scientific legacy of Turkology.
