The Slain Princess

Jinua, Ontiku, Hylas, and Aketa have finally made it to the city of Varse, and will at last uncover the identity of R—the mysterious benefactor of evil necromancers and dogmatic necro-haters alike.

But before they can properly investigate and find their foe, Jinua and Ontiku learn that the crown princess of Varse has recently been assassinated. And there’s reason to believe a necromancer is involved.

As such, the grief-stricken king and queen are hunting down all necromancers in their city. Jinua needs to solve this murder and find R before Ontiku and Hylas’s necromancy are discovered. But as she gets closer to her quarry, R is setting their own trap for the new paladin and her friends …
