The Penalty Box: Fake Dating PR Stunt Sapphic Sports Tension

When rival captains Riley "Riot" Kane and Sloane "Slate" Navarro turn a brutal on-ice brawl into a viral nightmare, the Professional Women's Hockey League forces them into the ultimate damage-control stunt: a fake relationship to save their careers and repair the league's image.

What begins as scripted photo-ops, forced proximity, and carefully staged dates quickly ignites into something far more dangerous. Behind closed doors, away from the cameras, the fiery tension that once fueled their hatred transforms into raw, undeniable attraction. Every lingering touch, every heated argument, and every stolen moment chips away at the walls they've built.

As the lines between performance and passion blur, Riley and Sloane must navigate jealous exes, league scrutiny, and the terrifying realization that what started as fake is becoming the most real thing either of them has ever felt. With their reputations, teams, and futures on the line, they risk losing everything they have worked for.

In a world where victory is measured in milliseconds and bruises, can two women who were never supposed to touch find the courage to choose love over the game that defined them?

Legendary athletes, unmatched skill, and the high-stakes world of professional hockey where the coldest ice leads to the hottest nights.

Elite women's hockey doesn't forgive weakness - on the ice or off it. In the PWHL, every millisecond counts, every shift matters, and the pressure never lets up. Ice & Iron Desires follows a group of women who've built their lives around winning. They're tough, driven, and used to sacrifice.

But off the rink, under the hum of locker-room fluorescents, things get complicated. A stoic captain and a defiant rookie clash in ways that go beyond strategy. A line gets crossed between players and staff. These women know the cost of distraction - and they choose it anyway.

Strength isn't just what you bring to the ice. Sometimes it's what you risk for the person watching from the bench.
