The Long Winter Reckoning: A Mountain Man Adventure

Winter came early.

And it did not leave.

When an unforgiving storm seals the high passes weeks before the last supply wagons arrive, the mountain settlements are cut off from the world. Game disappears beneath ice. Livestock die in their stalls. Smoke thins from cabin chimneys as food runs out.

Then the raids begin.

Not by outlaws.

Not by men chasing power.

By neighbors.

Storehouses are stripped bare. Families wake to empty shelves. A settler is beaten to death for the coat on his back. And hunger spreads faster than fear.
