The Huntsman Takes a Princess: An Adult Fairy Tale Romance

A huntsman steals a princess and keeps her captive as his wife, but she escapes and returns to her father's castle beneath the mountain. The huntsman follows in hopes of reclaiming her, but there he is told that he must pass the seven tests of princehood to prove that he is worthy of having a princess as his wife.

These tests require him to demonstrate boldness, bravery, strength, endurance, compassion, understanding and virility. Only then will the king allow the huntsman to have the princess' hand, and failure to complete the tasks means his death. This an adult fairy tale romance with explicit sex scenes.

Authors note: I always enjoyed the swan maiden fairy tales but didn't like how they ended with the maiden getting away, so I wrote this story as a romance, combining the swan maiden theme with that of the enchanted princess stories.
