The Housemaids of Foxglove Hall

The first in a BRAND NEW World War 1 series from Lynette Rees.

South Wales, 1913 – Housemaid Dilly Jenkins is proud to work at Foxglove Hall. Loyal, hardworking and devoted to her employers, Mr and Mrs Worthy, she dreams of a secure future in their service.

But when Dilly is accused of pickpocketing, everything she has worked for is thrown into jeopardy. It's imperative she clear her name and she begins to suspect the accusation is linked to the secrets hidden within Foxglove Hall - Mrs Worthy has been quietly meeting with a group of local women, and not everyone approves.

As rumours spread, the house becomes the target of threats and hostility, and Dilly can no longer believe she's safe within its walls. With tensions rising in the town and whispers of darker times ahead, she must uncover the truth before everything she holds dear is torn apart.

The first in a gripping new saga series about courage, friendship and finding your place in a changing world. Perfect for fans of May Ellis and Kay Brelland.
