The Gryphon Generation 5: Chimera Affliction

It's been 4 years since the events of Ascension. The dead have been buried, memorials put in place, and peace has been established to the surrounding countries. For most, the nightmares ended a long time ago, but to some the ghosts of the past haunt them everyday. Anfang never forgot his near defeat against Yama and trains the new Greifsburg guard to combat any soldier class despite the astronomical difference in strengths. These guard train night and day with their unique weapons preparing for a war that may or may not come to pass.

However, it seems Yama and Nero are still hard at work in the shadows. 4 years is a long time to prepare and scheme, after all. The darkness always follows after the light. The world will see a threat they never imagined, nor will they know how to combat it. Should they be worried about a singular crazed gryphon soldier? Or is something greater at works?
