Recorded during a weekend online retreat with Rupert Spira, these guided meditations and conversations invite us to make no attempt to control the mind, but to go directly to the stillness behind it. This stillness is not something we know; it is what we are. The ‘I am’ is a portal that leads from the sorrow and agitation of the mind into the silence of the heart – a beacon shining in the midst of all experience, indicating the place of peace, the refuge of the now, God’s presence.
