Owen tried to appease his sister Ava. He sat besides her and gently touched her shoulders. He was frustrated and sad too; struggling to put himself together. Only six years before then; their father Michael had sat on that same chair when Ava said she was skipping class because she did not do her homework. He let her get away with it that day. He said goodbye not knowing it was his last. The phone rang, Owen picked it up and realized it was a police officer to report that his father had an accident and died instantly.
