Kalki's magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan had thrown focus on the murder of Adithya Karikalan, crown prince of the Chola dynasty but did not go delve deep into the assassination. After a span of almost five decades, Kalachakkaram Narasimma, also known as TAN SIMMAN has taken to the clues left by Amarar Kalki and tried to find out the real assassin. Entitled Shankadhaara in Tamil, this book is a fact-finding mission to clear the myths surrounding the death of Adithya Karikalan and elucidates a gripping narrative of events and circumstances that led to his murder.
