On her 21st birthday, Angel Morgan steps out of Juvenile Detention after serving five years for grand theft auto. The next 12 hours will change the course of her life forever.

A court-appointed forensic psychologist, Dr. Klein looks at all the mitigating factors of Angel’s childhood that could influence the Judge in sentencing this young woman, including abuse suffered at the hands of her mother and the men who used her.
Angel takes Dr. Klein on a journey depicting the slayings of six innocent people the week before Christmas and to which Angel becomes guilty by association.
In her 35-year career as a forensic psychologist, Dr. Phyllis Kuehnl-Walters has written this book inspired by this one case she will never forget.
