Tales of Space and Time

Tales of Space and Time is a fantasy and science fiction collection of three short stories and two novellas written between 1897 and 1898 by the English author H. G. Wells. The three short stories in the book are 'The Crystal Egg', 'The Star', and 'The Man Who Could Work Miracles', accompanied by two five-part novellas which are 'A Story of the Stone Age', and the dystopian 'A Story of the Days to Come'.
