#1 I was born in 1964. My mother, Diana Ellen Judd, was 17 years old and beginning her senior year of high school when she found out she was pregnant with me. She was a beautiful, smart, popular girl. She could have gone anywhere and accomplished anything.

#2 I was so excited to be flying to Kentucky to visit my Mamaw and Papaw. I was four years old when I flew alone to my first visit with them. The house looked huge to me, and I ran through it to make sure everything was still the same.

#3 I always went to the local country club with my grandmother. It was a place where people could socialize, and I loved it. I would swim all afternoon, and when I got hungry or thirsty, I would go to the snack bar and order anything I wanted.

#4 I loved visiting with my grandparents, Mamaw and Papaw, because I felt like they had planned all year for me to come visit. They were so happy to see me that they set everything aside just to play with me.
