#1 I grew up on a ranch in rural Southern California, and I spent my days playing cowboys and Indians with my friends. One afternoon, a neighbor invited me to his house for Bible study, where he explained that I would burn in Hell if I didn’t become a Christian.

#2 I had a dream one night where I woke up to find a man lying on the floor in the middle of my bedroom. The room was filled with a warm, loving atmosphere, and I felt a strong desire to approach him. When I got close enough to look into his eyes, I could sense compassion and infinite understanding.

#3 I would daydream in class, wondering what Jesus wanted, but no answer came. One night in a dream, I got my answer. The dream was the same except for the last moment, in which I always awoke. This time an intense energy surged through me, anchoring me in the dream.
