#4 Eugenia’s world began to fall apart as she entered adolescence. Her grandfather had a stroke and died when she was twelve, and the constant anxiety that plagued her intensified. She loved to stand by her mother’s side at the piano in their family’s salon, luxuriating in the timbre of her mother’s voice.
