#1 The energy body is the human energy field that extends beyond the physical body. It is made up of many interacting layers, and it interacts with your physical body as well as your chakras.

#2 To get in touch with your energy, hold your hands one inch apart, palms facing each other. Then separate your hands slightly, and bring them closer together again, condensing your energy. You will begin to feel a slight energy charge between your palms.

#3 The chakras are centers of energy in our body that govern our physical, mental, and emotional health. When they are in balance, our lives are in harmony and we feel healthy. When a chakra becomes blocked, we experience emotional distress or disease.

#4 Chakra healing is not affiliated with a specific religion, and is actually a practice that many people follow on a spiritual path. It is not associated with darkness or demons.
