Book Preview:

#1 In front of millions of people at home, Devin Nunes, the former chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, met with special counsel Robert Mueller. Mueller had spent more than $30 million on the investigation, and still, no evidence of collusion was found.

#2 On March 22, 2017, Nunes went to the White House to inform Trump about what he’d seen. He’d seen evidence of a plot against the president. While he said there was no physical wiretap of Trump Tower, he was concerned that other surveillance activities were used against Trump and his associates.

#3 The media campaign against Trump was backed by leaks of classified information and political dirt provided by Clinton operatives. This was all designed to undermine Trump’s campaign, and later, to bring down the president.

#4 Keith ripped into the first few licks of Jumpin’ Jack Flash, and the singer tipped his driving cap toward Nunes. The crowd erupted in cheers. Crossfire Hurricane was the name that the FBI gave to its investigation into the Trump campaign.
