My new roommate doesn't seem to like me... But then, she doesn't seem to like her boyfriend much, either, so maybe that's just the way she is. Until one night, when her boyfriend won't take no for an answer, I have to step in, and I realize the grumpy attitude she's given me since I moved in is because she's been dating a douchebag. After she sends him packing, I make it my mission to cheer her up. In the process, I find that she's creative, charming, and fun to be around. What starts as trying to help my roommate turns into wanting something more. She's hesitant, scared to start a new relationship while still dealing with the fallout from her last—namely, an ex who won't leave her alone. Can I help her feel safe enough to take a chance again?
