From silent void the first vibrations spring,

As nature wakes beneath the Spirit’s wing;

The elements emerge in ordered grace,

To build the foundation of time and space.

Lord Varaha dives beneath the salty deep,

To wake the Earth from her abandoned sleep;

While Kapila explains to mother’s ear,

The path of Sankhya, killing every fear.
