The heart must turn away from worldly strife,

To seek the purpose of a mortal life;

The right to hear the truth is only won,

When ego fades and holy quest is begun.

Parikshit sits beside the river’s flow,

With seven days to live and seeds to sow;

He leaves his crown for Suka’s golden word,

The greatest tale the world has ever heard.
