The Song of the Redeemed is a piece of poetry talking about the state of mankind before redemption. It describes the terrible conditions human beings had to endure before the Saviour came.
It is only in understanding how much we have been saved that we can begin to see and appreciate the magnitude of the amazing love of the Father to us His children. It tells of how mankind was bound to the devil and how Jesus came seeking, found and saved as many as were willing to accept and receive the gift He offers.
