Slap Shot Seduction: Grumpy Captain Rookie Player Steamy Hockey Romance

In the high-stakes world of the Professional Women's Hockey League, Captain Sloane Whitaker is known as "The Wall" - icy, uncompromising, and fiercely protective of her team. When cheerful rookie Riley Hart joins her starting line, Sloane's carefully controlled world cracks under the weight of unwanted attraction.

Riley's bright smile and relentless optimism clash with Sloane's no-nonsense leadership, creating friction that sparks hotter than any on-ice battle. Forced into close quarters during a freak blizzard that strands them in a remote hotel, the grumpy captain's defenses begin to crumble. What starts as irritation quickly ignites into undeniable chemistry and raw, passionate nights that neither woman can ignore.

As they return to the league, the magnetic tension follows them. Stolen glances turn into secret touches, and their explosive on-ice chemistry threatens to expose everything. With rumors swirling, careers on the line, and the pressure of a championship season mounting, Sloane must decide if opening her heart is worth the risk of losing control.

Riley refuses to back down, determined to prove that love and ambition can coexist on and off the ice. In a world where victory is measured in milliseconds and bruises, these two rivals-turned-lovers discover that the greatest game they will ever play is the one that could break or complete them both.

Will the heat between them melt Sloane's walls for good, or will the demands of the league force them to skate away from the one connection that truly matters?
