The seducer has an external, other-oriented perspective, in contrast to the self-preoccupation that is anti-seductive and a sign of insecurity. By putting themselves in the target's shoes, the seducer not only overcomes their personal doubts (using external attention as therapy), but also gathers vital information to know what will move the other and break their objectivity.
Seducers see themselves as providers of pleasure, adventure, and excitement. They realize that most people feel overwhelmed by the responsibilities of adulthood and yearn for an escape.
