Track 1: Chakra Balancing and Energizing Meditation-In this alpha-level session, Dick guides you through the seven energy centers, balancing, energizing, and exploring the colors and chakra characteristics. As an example: "The throat chakra is visualized as a beautiful rotating lotus flower, silvery blue in color. As the first chakra of the five physical senses, it is fixed in nature and represents the characteristic of ether, or the pure essence of space. It allows the four lower elements of air, fire, water, and earth to be formed, and is the carrier wave of these elements. The sense of sound and voice is derived from this ether." Track 2: Open Chakra Meditation-Following a body relaxation and chakra induction, a soothing om plays softly in the background. Dick encourages you to use this time to do the following: 1. Program your mind with positive suggestions and visualizations; 2. Focus your mind upon something you seek to resolve, or upon a subject of inspiration; or 3. Calm your mind and await awareness in the form of thoughts, feelings, or visualizations. You are awakened at the end with positive suggestions, leaving you feeling peaceful, revitalized, and empowered.
