This noise level on the planet is now so loud that most people no longer can ignore it. But instead of searching inside themselves in quite silence, most are frenetically looking for peace outside, resulting in more noise, as peace comes from within.

Let your eyes rest on a handwritten page for a while. Meditate on the shape that appears. Read the words, then spend at least 7 minutes just

letting your eyes rest on the symbols and the composition.

Life will never be logical, open up to your own creation.
