"Of course I do. Come on. Let's have some drinks before we go to the kitchen," Tanya said as she reached into the wine cabinet and brought out two glass cups. She opened the fridge and brought out some fruit juice.
Felicia poured the juice into the cups and offered one to Tanya. "So, how is work anyway?"
Tanya sank into one of the sofas in the living room. "You know how it is with us nurses. Patients never stop streaming into our hospital either on their own accord or against their will."
Felicia sipped from her glass. "Against their will? How?"
"If they are involved in an accident. Or if they do not have full control of their thinking faculty."
"Like someone with some mental health issues?"
"Exactly. You know that such people don't even know that they need help. Not to talk of agreeing to be brought to the hospital for medical attention in the first place."
"I can imagine."
"And it is like that on a daily basis."
"Yeah. How is business?"
"Business is fine. I got another girl to work for me this week."
"That means you now have three hands in your salon."
"Yeah. And that means that I can also afford to give your hair a much- needed retouching, Felicia. My goodness. Your hair is in such a mess."
"Yeah, I know. I have already promised myself that I would come to your salon when I am off-duty."
