Menstruation is a normal and healthy part of life for most women. However, three out of every four women suffer miserably month after month due to various symptoms they experience around the days of their period. Although there have been medications suggested to cure PMS, most women are unaware that this can be treated naturally.

Monthly periods are a sign that a woman's cycle is normal. According to UNICEF, on average a woman menstruates for about 7 years during their lifetime. More than half of menstruating women experience pain around their period but 90% say they experience other various symptoms.

Premenstrual tension (PMT) or Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a combination of mild behavioral and physical symptoms women experience a few days before their period. These can range from mood swings, irritability, anxiety to feelings of fatigue, bloating, headaches, and dizziness to name a few.
