This week I welcome editor in chief of Cosmo and Seventeen magazines, Willa Bennett. Willa and I bonded over pancakes in NYC, and this interview was a long time coming. She tells us what it is like to take on 2 of the most iconic titles in magazine publishing, especially how to deal with the celebrity talent she features.
