Alessandro Niccoli was born in San Miniato on 2.1.1968. His interest in the commons prompted him to become a lawyer. He led political opposition in his city, to preserve the environment from overbuilding projects, from the spread of herbicides and poisons from local industry. In 2019 it was released in bookstores with “L'odore delle Rose” published by Europa Edizioni; In 2022 the second edition comes out with new photographs by the author, illustrations and three new stories, including "the ring of awareness" and "the choice". In November 2023 he published his third novel with Porto Seguro Editore, for the moment in Italian: "The Girl Who Abandoned Destiny"
