Nacre: A novel of submission and power

Nacre is an explicit BDSM novel for women about submission and dominance, pain and pleasure, shame and exhilaration, and the desires we hide even from ourselves. It asks the question that drives every page: when you choose this, when you keep choosing it, what does that make it?

A desperate click on a job listing. A contract she can never discuss. A training that will take everything she has.

Sam is twenty-three, broke, and dying of boredom in a call centre. Then a 3am job ad offers "exceptional compensation" to anyone "willing to serve." She doesn't know what she's signed up for. She learns quickly.

Behind the discreet doors of CSD Services is a world of collars and contracts, restraints and rules, where power is given, taken and traded. Sam is tested, trained and pushed to her limits. She learns to kneel, to obey, and to discover how far her body and her appetite will take her. But the real shock isn't the pain or the pleasure. It's how much she wants it. And it's what happens when she finds out she can hold the leash as easily as she wears the collar.

Explicit, psychologically sharp, and surprisingly tender. A novel that takes women's desire seriously, and refuses to apologise for it.

For readers 18+. Contains explicit sexual content and consensual BDSM between adults.
