What you’re about to hear is the first in a series of solo shows that I recorded a few weeks ago, but haven’t found the courage to release….until now. The past year has been horrific for so many of us….and I’m no different. In fact, I can say without hesitation that this past year has been one of the absolute worst years of my life, due to my own actions. I’m absolutely to blame for the things that I’ve had to endure this past year. I know that. I own that. ….and because I have accepted responsibility for my own challenges… this year has also been one of the single biggest opportunities for self growth I have ever experienced. Now through the brave sharing of their stories, some of my past guests have inspired me to share some of MY traumatic events from the past, along with my present growth journey.
