Monster versus Mortal

Fourteen-year-old Vanessa Simons is just like any other girl her age. She likes stereotypically girly things, goes to school, and ... craves human blood.

Vanessa is a vampire, and as she grows older, she is finding it more and more difficult to hide that fact from the mortals among whom she lives. She's ecstatic when her parents offer her the opportunity to attend a school entirely for monsters—not just for vampires, but for werewolves, mummies, zombies, witches and wizards, and so many more.

However, when she arrives at Monstero Academy, what will she think when she learns that the mortal principal is imprisoning and killing the monsters there, and she has been deemed the Chosen Hero who is destined to stop her?
