Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an innovative approach that combines the principles of mindfulness with cognitive therapy techniques to address mental health challenges and enhance mental clarity. Developed as a preventative intervention for depression relapse, MBCT has grown in popularity and application across various mental health contexts due to its effectiveness in cultivating awareness and emotional resilience.

Over time, MBCT has demonstrated significant benefits not only in preventing depression relapse but also in treating anxiety, stress, and other mood disorders.
