Summary

In a world filled with couples, regardless of gender or species, there are always a few misfits that don't quite belong. In this story, there are at least five, if not more, significant misfits that finally create their own Niche, the Loner's Niche, where outgoing narcissists aren't welcomed.

Mesala Jenelle's Missing Siblings

As someone who never fit in anywhere because of her odd circumstances at birth, Mesala was lucky to even have lived as long as she had. She's missing a few fingers and toes. She looks more like an anthromorph that didn't quite make it to an entire humanoid appearance. However, not even Mesala can say what she should've become as a creature or human. She has all the usual attributes of eyes, nose, ears, teeth, and hair that a human possesses, but a few other extras were added, such as fox ears and a cat's tail. Thus, she's wary of showing her appearance and tends to remain veiled from head to toe.

Currently, she's on a mission to find two missing siblings. She has reason to believe their disappearance is linked with Kiernan's. Although Mesala doesn't know Kiernan all that well, she has more in common with him than any others. Therefore, she's going to continue searching for Kiernan. If anything, she believes that if she finds Kiernan, she'll find her missing siblings. Mesala's lost siblings, two slightly younger brothers, eventually pull Isaac's reluctant sisters into the hunt.
