Our bodies are run and managed by the subconscious mind, which is independent, but linked to the conscious mind, where thoughts can be impressed on the subconscious by the conscious mind.

So be careful what you habitually think, as it can become your reality – think positively all the time, or certainly as much as you can!

As the original book was written in 1922, and the audiobook is a straightforward translation, the language can sometimes be difficult to understand, but persevere!

The messages and explanations given about life, our thoughts and our reality are fascinating, and immensely valuable.
