So thought is spiritual, and is the basis for our entire creation.

The book spends some time discussing our bodies, and the makeup thereof. Both the physical makeup, where there are many types of cells, each with its own unique function, and the spiritual makeup, where there is the conscious and subconscious mind.

Our bodies are run and managed by the subconscious mind, which is independent, but linked to the conscious mind, where thoughts can be impressed on the subconscious by the conscious mind.

So be careful what you habitually think, as it can become your reality – think positively all the time, or certainly as much as you can!

As the original book was written in 1922, and the audiobook is a straightforward translation, the language can sometimes be difficult to understand, but persevere!

The messages and explanations given about life, our thoughts and our reality are fascinating, and immensely valuable.
