Four full-cast dramatisations starring Nicholas Le Prevost as Inspector Maigret ‘The Yellow Dog’ sees Maigret upsetting the citizens of Concarneau as he begins his murder investigation. Can Maigret believe the burglar’s wife in the face of other evidence? ‘Inspector Cadaver’ sees Maigret dealing with an old enemy - an ex-police officer nicknamed ‘Inspector Cadaver’, who seems to be doing everything in his power to obstruct Maigret in his investigations. Finally, in ‘Maigret’s Little Joke’, Maigret and his wife take a secret holiday in Paris. When a murder occurs, Maigret must get his information from the press and radio. How can he leave Janvier to solve the crime alone?
